Programmatically (MDL) customize Right click Menu

As far as I know there is no way to customize right click menu in MDL (MicroStation v8i). You can customize right click menu (context menu) using a DGNLIB. You may review my below topic for details.

I read this topic, we do use the DGNLIB to customize our contextual menus but there is no way, using the DGNLIB, to delete or hide the '... from clipboard' and the 'select ...' entrys. That was the reason of my question using MDL.
