[Connect C#] Missing XAttributeChangedEventArgs.XAttribute-Property

In V8 there was in the XAttributeChangedEventArgs-Class (XAttributChanged-Event) the eventArgs.XAttribute - Property where I could find out which Element was changed.

Now the property no longer exists. How I can get the ElementID of the element?
What should I use in Connect?

Hello, I have not tried it, but the Bentley.MicroStation.Addin class (The one that runs when you launch the .net Addin) contains a XAttributeChangedEvent event.

s_addin.XAttributeChangedEvent += OnXAttributeChangedEvent;

private void OnXAttributeChangedEvent(AddIn sender, XAttributeChangedEventArgs eventArgs)
{

}

Unfortunately the EventArgs do not provide access to the XAttribute itself nor to the Element/ElementId.
Currently, dealing with XAttribute data means writing native/mixed code.

It looks like C++/CLI knowledge has become mandatory for C# and VB.NET developers at CONNECT Edition. I have no problem with such requirement (have used C++/CLI for last few projects anyway), but I guess for many others it's maybe in a contrast CONNECT Edition should provide better and more powerful NET API...

Currently the only workaround is to write native code to handle XAttributes; if interop with C# is required the native code would need to be defined in a mixed-mode (C++/CLI) assembly.

We are migrating from V8 to Connect. In V8 we used this event to detect changes in Xattributes and to identify the affected elements. Throw the Elemref I got the ElementId to work further with this Element. E. i. to read/change the Xattribute with native code.

In Connect the ElementRefP / ElementId seems no longer avahable. How could I got to this lost information?

I am looking for our XAttributs, these could be attached to any element in MicroStation.
First I got an ElementChanged-Event (ChangeTrackKind.Add) (e.i. Element was copied), but at this point of time, I have no addition information about a possible attached XAttribute.
Later comes the XAttribut-Event (ChangeTrackKind.AddXAttribute) but now I do not have any Information which of the elements earlier are concerns with this event. In V8 it was easily to detect this element with the property XAttribute.ElemRefPtr of XAttributeChangedEventArgs.
