BaseElementSchema contains class MstnCellProperties that has several properties including CellName. However, I don't see property CellDescription. Is there such a property?
There is not a cell-specific description. All elements have a read-only ElementDescription property (from MstnHeader ECClass). For named/shared cells this typically includes the name of the cell.
