I was just wondering why there is no Add method for a Dimension Style like there is for a Text Style? With that said how does on create a Dimension Style via VBA?

I guess it's because of complexity of required implementation (as dymension style is one from the most complex object in MicroStation) compared to the fact VBA is more automation tool and not full-featured development environment.
If you need to create dimension style from VBA, you can use MDL functions wrappers or (maybe) key-ins also. But in the case of key-ins I am not quire sure whether all parameters can be set using this approach and also how efficient it is.
