InnovoCAD solutions has just recently made their Visual Studio (2015 & 2017) tools available at no cost. I have used the V8 edition for two years and it has saved us much time setting up VS projects for the MicroStation Addins that our company has developed. In addition to not being available on the Marketplace, the Innovocad web site cannot be reached. I emailed the developer, I'll post any updates I hear back, (fingers crossed)

As I posted in previous reply, the InnovoCAD link (same one referenced on the la-solutions site) is not working. If you are aware of another method to acquire the tools please advise. Thank you.

Oops! Try the updated link in my earlier post. Find the Microsoft Visual Studio Marketplace. You need to pass Microsoft sign-in validation to get to the Marketplace.
I apologize for any inconvenience. The tools again are now available at the Visual Studio Marketplace. I am for the moment foregoing the website.
