almost forgot this information.
When using Key-in VBA EDIT filename.mvba which works great, but I tried to find how to add the macro name also
Example: VBA EDIT myfile.mvba Macro4
I am sure for the knowledgeable it is easy could not find anything or I searched incorrectly
I don't think there is a way to open a VBA project file at a particular macro.
Keep in mind that it's easy to find something in the VBA editor using the Find tool (Ctrl-F).

So thank you, for a reply. In the Key-in window if you put VBA after the create is the edit ?? I knew if you put VBA RUN Macro3 it will run, I had hoped the edit would do similar. I you type Example that works:
vba edit rjbp.mvba this will open the whole file, you of course can then use Edit find macro3 it will jump to it I had hoped it was some kind of longer string or and extra ; to separate two steps. Anyway so thank you

You ran into one of the curious features of MicroStation VBA: there are two help documents. One VBA help document is the standard Microsoft help that applies to all flavours of VBA (i.e. MicroStation, Excel, etc.) and the other is the Bentley Systems MicroStation VBA help.
