[CE U12 - VBA] Password protected VBA's do not display in macros list

After loading a password protected .mvba file none of the macros in the project display in the macros drop-down list. Loading non-password protected projects all of the macros are displayed in the list. Even entering the password to unlock the protected project the macros are not displayed.

The only way for a user to run a macro from the protected vba is to issue the vba run key-in.

Hi Oto, I have checked this with U16.3 and can confirm this issue is not fixed for the macros dialog, only the VBA projects dialog is fixed. Will check further for details and let you know. Thanks…

Hi Artur,

You are quite right, you still cannot see protected macros in the macro list on the ribbon in MicroStation 16.3, but as per previous versions, you can see them using the run option within the VBA editor. It has been a long time since this was requested, is there a way we can add weight to move it up the order.
