Hi
I'm trying to run batch convert by key ins only. I get stuck at the last step where I'm supposed to click "convert".
I found this wiki on how to solve this for a batch process: https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/w/microstation__wiki/15432/running-batch-process-from-keyin
Is there a way to get around this for batch convert aswell?
(Running ODB CE U6, based on MicroStation CE U13)
Regards
Robert

What does key-in MDL SILENTLOAD BATCHCONVERT PROCESS do?
MDL SILENTLOAD BATCHCONVERT PROCESS

It pops that "files to convert"-dialog open when I have the batch convert dialog open.

Try recording a macro while you open that dialog and click the Convert button. Then open the macro to see the code that it recorded. Perhaps that will reveal the magic invocation you need?
Thanks, but no, it doesn't. No key in recorded for the button press. And this is how the class module looks, and it shows no clue either:
I'm writing a VBA myself, is there a way to figure out the name of the dialog button to make the VBA press it, like I suppose the cyan line does?

The macro recorder has generated some code for the Files to Convert dialog (in your red box). But there's nothing in that section.
Try this modification...
If DialogBoxName = "Files to Convert" Then DialogResult = msdDialogBoxResultOk End If
If that doesn't work, try some of the other possible result codes, such as msdDialogBoxResultYes.
msdDialogBoxResultYes

Thanks, but it didn't work. I'll try in the programming forum as you mention.
