[MSCE C++] Questions about installing the SDK. sdk opens and says "There should be no \ Intel \ Intel (R) at this time."

From your MicroStation CONNECT Edition SDK (a.k.a. "Developer Shell") Shortcut can you confirm and provide the following details in a single document, called: e.g. "SDKEnv.txt"?

1. "Developer Shell (Desktop Shortcut)
   1. Right Click > Properties, provide: "Target:" and "Start in:" values.  Copy those values into: e.g. %temp%\SDKEnv.txt
   2. Right Click > Run As Admin
   3. Type: set >> %temp%\SDKEnv.txt
2. Zip and attach this log file to original communities post for review and/or recommendations

I am sorry that I have reinstalled my system. And then the problem was sloved.

The reason is what Jan Šlegr said "It seems it's not reported by SDK shell itself, but Visual Studio 2017 Developer Command Prompt".

When I open the Developer Command Prompt for Visual Studio2017, the same problem occured.

But now I reinstalled Microstation up13, the new problem appeared--"Failed to install CONNECTION Edition Edition with error code 0x80070643. A serious error occurred during installation."

I am so sad now.555

I am glad you made it past the one problem, though sorry you have encountered another different problem. My recommendation would be to attempt to review the log file hyperlink provided in the installer to see what (specific) problem(s) were encountered during install and if needed; post the log file here and/or open a new post on the MicroStation Forum (product support) to help you past any issues.

Sorry, I am only permitted to provide a brief review since this is a programming forum (see prior forum recommendation for the product install issue).

Doing a quick look for common error keywords like: Error, Warn, Info, Result; in the WIX installer log (e.g. MicroStation_CONNECT_Edition_20200109005730.log); you quickly find a line containing a very similar message as the installer provided stating the PowerProductPackage failed to install with a result: 0x80070643.

The error code above then aligns with a line in the related MSI installer log file (MicroStation_*_PowerProductPackage.log) that provides information on what the Microsoft MSI installer had problems processing that can be searched on Microsoft's site (or internet - some unproven posts suggesting running Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool) for potential remedies of specific Microsoft MSI Error Codes you find in this log file.
