in your post, there is no question, information only. What is expected that will happen?
It seem it's a problem with your computer configuration or with access rights to remote disk. In general, it's quite bad idea to install anything to network locations, because many applications and installers assume they are installed locally.
I guess you have to check the installer log and/or Windows events logs, whether there are more details available.
But because SDK is not executable, but files only, I think it's fine to delete all files manually and to use some tool (CCleaner etc.) to remove SDK record from a list of installed programs.
