I am currently using Microstation Connect update 12. I am working on some automation projects that involve the use of Items.
In standard Microstation we use Text Favorites to connect Item values to text elements. Problem is that I can't find a equivalent functionality in the c# API.
Is there a procedure to insert Item values in a Text element?

The main class for text handling in the object-oriented APIs (C++ and .NET) is the TextBlock.
TextBlock
The C++ MicroStationAPI has TextBlock.AppendField(). Unfortunately that method does not appear in the .NET version.

Hi Jon,
Thank you for the quick response. I had been looking at the Textblock class but I didn't find anything either.
I found the AppendField() function in the C++ API and it describes what I need but unfortunately C++ is not my cup of tea...
