Hello Bentley community, I want to create a macro or keyboard command to place a favorite text (Microstation Powerdraft CONNECT). I tried to make a macro recording to get the code as usual but nothing to do, the choice of the favorite text does not appear ! I gave up after three hours of research... If you have the solution, I'm ready! Thank you in advance for your precious help. Health for you and your loved ones in this difficult episode. M. BREZELEC C. / A FRENCH USER

The Text Favorite Manager is a Technology Preview at the moment (Spring 2020).
MicroStation help reveals a number of key-ins whose first word is either TEXFAVORITE or TEXTFAVORITE (the documention mentions both spellings).
TEXFAVORITE
TEXTFAVORITE

even when it's true that Text Favorite Manager is in Technology Preview mode, in my opinion it's not relevant to the discussed issue:
Text Favorite Manager is not involved in the process of placing a favorite text, but only in managing the texts. The application TEXTSNIPPETMANAGER is loaded only when Manage is selected from the menu, but when the favorite text is placed, it's done only by TEXTEDITOR app.
I think it cannot be achieved now. It seems that TEXTEDITOR application (that represents an implementation of text placement tool, text editor and a few other features) contains some key-ins related to text favorites, but they are not described in documentation and (at least in MStn U13) do nothing.
With regards,

It indicates that Text Favorites continue to be in active development. What Bentley Systems do with the Text Favorite Manager may well have a subsequent effect on Text Favorites, particularly when user Cyril Brezelec asks questions like this.
