It's a shame that there is no standard option how to use (at least) MicroStation after active work period. I am sure people like you, even when retired, would be great help especially to local community, using their long term experience of local specifics, requirements and regulations.
I assume you can stay connected at least using this community?
Maybe it can be investigated by Bentley management (Keith Bentley) how to use "retired volunteers"? ;-)

hi jan Thank you for appreciation the first approach with Microstation was in 1989 with Microstation 3,
after many years of use as a drawing table with the advent of V8
I forced myself to improve it and customize it for my topography work.
I recently approached C # to make it even more efficient now

I think your membership does not relate to whether you use MicroStation or not.
If your login is your private e-mail (and not company), it's simple: You employer only remove your account from the license pool and from the list of users assigned to the company, but login will still exist (so it will be possible to login here). Only with limited rights.
If you login is company e-mail, so it will not exists after your retirement, I guess you should contact Bentley support whether it's possible to change it to use some new e-mail.
