[MSCE update 13 C++/C#] How can I create sheet from seed

please be aware you posted you question to general Developers and Programming forum, but it's about MicroStation API. I recommend to move the post to MicroStation Programming forum. To move existing thread to another place, use More > Move tool available under your original post. Do not ask again (duplicate the same question in more forums).

I'd like also to ask whether the question is about C++ or NET API, or one from them is more important for you. It's usually simpler to focus on one (e.g. currently used) API and when the issue solved, to check whether it's the same in the second one.
