[CONNECT SDK] MicroStationAPI help

Thank you for pointing this out. I thought we had addressed this in an earlier build and appears to have been reverted and I will see that it is updated (soon).

CHM help files use an embedded IE Web Control and when links are unfortunately directed, show IE support, age and compatibility issues like above.  I will see if we can fix the originating CHM help page and do some further clean up pointing towards Online Resources until we can move our help online to GitHub starting in 2021.

Also, in the coming days I should be able to post an update for your (and other user's) long standing requests providing: SDKHelp.chm (search/access All SDK help files), SDKHelpNative.chm (search/access only native SDK help files), SDKHelpManaged.chm (search/access only managed SDK help files). Once available I will post under SDK Previews > Docs, then and after some feedback push into the SDK delivery.
