[CONNECT C++] MicroStationAPI Configuration Variable List

This appears to have been a place holder since 1/2010; possibly reserved for a C API group name (a.k.a. "Modules") called "Configuration Variable List".  The closest and most appropriate C API group entry by title alone would be to jump to: mdlSystem_createCfgVarDump (or key-in: SHOW CONFIGURATION).  Since this topic has served no effective purpose we can: a.) remove it, b.) point to mdlSystem_createCfgVarDump or, c.) point to another suggested and helpful) Configuration Topic.  I am open to suggestion.
