Raster Image Rotate

• What product do you use?
• What (exact) version of the product do you use (product build number is the best specification).
• What API / language do you use?

• Is your design file 2D or 3D?
• How the raster is attached? ... in what position, is GCS used etc.
• What tool do you use? ... "rotate by 3 points" is not descriptive
