Any ideas what is the format of BMR macros?
Because pound/hash character(#) is not allowed in command files(key-in scripts) for some workflows it is not usable(Enhancement 1096858) so have to use BMR macros.
Problem is BMR is not editable and if any command needs to be deleted or edited I have to recreate BMR from scratch which is not easy.
Also BMR are not readable in plain text so not possible to search them for same text.
FYI. A request has been added. Product Backlog Item 765003: Request to add editing capabilities to the BMR editor

What's the difference between a Request and an Idea?
Regards, Jon Summers LA Solutions
Hi Jon Summers,
We have re-instrumented our build systems over the past year, so some terminology inevitably has changed. I'll try to summarize to answer your question.
TLDR...
Community Ideas typically had (associated) TFS: Defects and Enhancements and now have (associated) Azure Devops: Bugs and Backlog Items.
Previously...
Currently...

Requests can be lost time to time and then Bentley Colleagues can act surprised that no one has asked this before and you are the first(again).
With Ideas it is more public and it is little bit harder to act surprised and it also helps to not overload the support.
