Many StateFunc_ functions have incomplete documentation.  For example...

UserFunction called when NEEDSWORK_VANCOUVER_DOC.

Keyword NEEDSWORK_VANCOUVER_DOC appears many times.  Vancouver was the internal name of MicroStation CONNECT during development, so that documentation should have been completed before the product was released in 2015.
