Unable to load the MDL Load *.dll file in Microstation Powerdraft connect edition

Hi Jan, 
 version:-> Microstation power-draft connect edition update-11 version 10.11.00.36 
 Current i am not able to load my "Attachment.dll" file in the MicroStation powerdraft. please find the below image for reference
