I have 4 Win 7 laptops with PowerMap v8i 08.11.05.18 installed. Every laptop has same Location and SystemLocale settings.
Every laptop has VBA project that uses function OpenDesignFile. Every laptop has VB.NET WPF application that uses function OpenDesignFile.
2 of them (Dell) open every path with function OpenDesignFile. Other two (ASUS N75S series) open only DGNs at paths with english letters in both VBA and WPF application.
What could be cause of this? VBA and WPF application also process Microsoft Word and Excel files and every kind of path is opened without problems in every computer.
