&lt;p&gt;Use the &lt;em&gt;MicroStationAPI&lt;/em&gt; class &lt;span style="font-family:courier new,courier;"&gt;MstnElementSetTool&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp; User picks elements and the tool gives you an &lt;span style="font-family:courier new,courier;"&gt;ElementAgenda&lt;/span&gt; of picked elements.&amp;nbsp; You can choose to accept or reject elements as they are picked.&lt;/p&gt;
