VBA interface error: failed creating the APC project - 0x80070005

When attempting to load a VBA program that works on all the other computers in my office, I get the error listed above. I've tried repairing the load, unloading and re-loading Microstation, purchased a program to repair bad or missing lld files and run the program as the administrator. 

I'm on a windows 7 ultimate machine. Any ideas?

    I would think the Bentley support would have wanted to know more about it than to send me an email saying reload microstation and then close the ticket....wouldn't you agree?
