&lt;p&gt;Whereas all other companies provide as much as possible (usually for free), motivate 3rd party developers to start development on top of their platforms and to make development start and learning curve smooth at maximum, Bentley decided to make everything private, hidden, complicated and accessible to limited group only.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So it&amp;#39;s not surprise there are less and less developers on top of Bentley platform, less and less applications available (visible clearly on MicroStation CE) and consequently less and less interesting and valuable for users :-(&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I think it&amp;#39;s common rule for all SDKs they are available for BDN members only (plus a person has to have proper access/download rights). But it&amp;#39;s something that can be answered by Bentley only.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#39;s there, you should set the filter properly (which is not very intuitive in this case). Or to use &lt;em&gt;Search for product&lt;/em&gt;, which does something like full-text search.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You have to log in, and if you need help, it would be best to call Bentley Support so that you get setup properly as I can&amp;rsquo;t help with that part of the process.&lt;/p&gt;
