Where can I download the ProjectWise SDK?

Hello all, 
 I am a newer of BDN, I can not found where the ProjectWise SDK can be downloaded, who can help me? Thanks a lot,

If you have installed ProjectWise Explorer Connect Edition on your machine, you should have the CONNECTION Client installed as well. If you do, you will see an item labeled &ldquo;Personal Portal&rdquo; which will take you to a page where you can click on &ldquo;Software Downloads&rdquo;. That takes you here: https://select.bentley.com/FulfillmentCenter 
 You have to log in, and if you need help, it would be best to call Bentley Support so that you get setup properly as I can&rsquo;t help with that part of the process.
