Hi guys,
I have designed an app using Bentley PW sdk I am attending to deploy on workstation that might not have PW client explorer installed.
Is there an installer that could be used to deliver the client required dlls (butil.dll, dmslogapi.dll, dmssock.dll, sessmgr.dll, bentleylogging-2.0.dll...) in such case ?
Sure I could package it together with my apps but I this would be quite cumbersome to maintain. Another option would be to install PW client explorer but it seems overkill.
Do you have a better option for deploying ?

I can't give you specific instructions as I have never used them, but there are Windows Installer Merge Modules delivered with the ProjectWise SDK installer that you should be able to use to add to your installation package for your customization. These files are located in the folders under ../ProjectWise/SDK/msm.

Using the msm file seems to be the indeed the way to go.
Surprisingly, I have to provide in addition "bentleylogging-2.0.dll" as it doesn't seems to be in any of the msm package.
