Hi all.
We are developing some interface through the WSG and using the older version plus the new of the WSG.
When logging in to a DataSource with a few WorkAreas (Projects) performance seems to be ok. What we notice is that the login can take a while, but when logged in all looks to performance much better.
When logging in to a project with a large number of WorkAreas/Documents the login takes considerably longer time. When logged in, things speed up.
Even if the user only has permission to a few WorksAreas, the login can take a long time.
Is this something others have noticed?
For us it looks like WSG first caches a lot of information. Could be folder structure and documents.
But we are certainly not sure why a login is very slow if the DataSource consists of a lot of folders/documents.
Can the Cache, if this does exists, be controlled.
Could it be our WebServer?
Best Regards Christian
