not really seeing anything out there for this.
there are a whole bunch of apis for associating a connected project (like aaApi_SetConnectedProjectAssociationByGUID) to a workarea. but those are pretty useless since i dont see a way to figure out the guid or pretty much anything about connected projects.
I know there are some cmdlets but im looking to add this to an application that we have that creates workareas. we need to create a connected project to go with the workarea and want to do it with the app at the same time.
anyone try to do this? i cant find anything out there on this.

yeah i knew about those. i mentioned in the post i was not looking to go the cmdlet route. i have a c# app that creates a workarea. i want to create a connected project at the same time. i was trying to avoid calling up a powershell script from my app.
