Has anyone seen deleting a file, it does not place it in Deleted Items in ProjectWise Explorer?

Screen shots are always helpful, as well as mentioning specific versions, etc. On my test machine (v10.00.02.265), this feature is in "Technology Preview" mode, so perhaps a bug?
And can you reproduce the problem?
Not being well versed in this particular feature, I assume that the basic requirements have been checked. My understanding is that it needs to be enabled for a datasource, but also for each ProjectWise user, i.e a user setting, so is the problem related to a specific user?

this all has worked and all of a sudden disappeared on us.
Configuration is set on the Admin DS side and well as the users side.
What's scary is we have a retention policy and this all of a sudden stopped working and shows 0 files and folders in the deleted items.
BTW have a ticket in as well. Hoping can get it resolved from 1of2 channel of support.

You said that "nothing changed", so I would assume that things should still work as they previously did, so like you, I'm wondering why the change in behavior as well. Perhaps some change in the client or server OS? Or perhaps some other "unnoticed" change in the configuration of some aspect of ProjectWise?
From the client side there are no changes as mentioned this was all showing just fine a week ago.
If anyone deletes the files it does not get placed in the Recycle Bin.
We are hosted and the servers version is: 10.00.03.280
