I am trying to download/checkout certain .DGN files. I am unable to checkout and it is throwing me the error as shown in the image below.
What is the cause of the problem and howto download such files?

Ramnath Muralidhar, since you are posting your question in the ProjectWise Programming Forum, can I assume that this error is being generated by something that your code attempted to do?
And if so, can you please provide a code snippet of what that might be, as well as what version of ProjectWise Explorer and ProjectWise SDK you are using?
I don't recognize that error id and it doesn't appear to be a valid id.
Hi Dan Williams I couldn't find any option to post in ProjectWise Forum. So I posted in ProjectWise Programming Forum. The PW server is in one of the VM machine. I tried to revert back VM to the initial state and PW started to work properly. I didn’t use any code. The problematic ProjectWise might be due to repeatedly using, which t might have caused the issue. I don’t have the problematic VM now. Thank you for the reply.
