    Hello good ProjectWise Community,

I just started to go deeper in PW, and I have this error when I isntalled ProjectWise Administrator on windows server 2008 r2,

When I start PW Admin the interface tells me that "MMC could not create the snap-in" and it's pretty much useless to be honest.

I'm using PWAdmin versión 100003140 and PW Integration Server version 100003140

I'm attaching a picture so you can check it out.

    Regards

Hi Rafael, are you able to launch other mmc snapins?   try launching secpol.ms, certmgr.mscc or just plain mmc.exe and then adding in any snap-in.  It may also be blocked by a group policy.  Take a look at this article

      Hello Phil,

      Thank you for your reply!!

I was able to run MMC without any problems and also to add snap-ins to the console roots I created.

Also, when I try to open "pwadmin2" file from the MMC the same issue occurs.

It seems that for everythibg else MMC is wroking properly, expceto ProjectWise Admin

      Regards!!

Hi Rafael, it may be best to open a service request for more indepth troubleshooting.  To open a service request, go to https://connect.bentley.com/ and select the "new service request" tile found on that page.

      Regards,

      Philip
