I have over 50 document sets in a directory, is there a way to extract a list of all the files that are in these document sets without opening each one, sort of batch extract the list of documents.
When you right click on the set you are wanting to view the contents of, you can select "Set" and then "Content" You should get a window that will display the contents of that set. Highlight the files in the set, select "Copy List To" and then you can either copy the list to a clipboard and paste it in a spreadsheet or document, or print the list of files to a PDF or a printer as desired.
Yes I knew, I want to avoid opening each sets and copy list to, I have over 50 sets, opening one by one and create a list is to time consuming. My question was to batch extract the list of documents in the sets all at once, not individual. Thanks for you reply
