Randomly some of our users receive error message 55502 while uploading more than one file ( ≅ 1000 Document around 10 GB ) using ProjectWise Explorer. Please note that we are using windows 10

We believe that it was a network issue "Mainly bandwidth", we managed to do it on batches on different machines. But you have to notice a fact that other systems handled the issue. The best advise to follow Kirk Peterson advise using a cashing server.
Thanks Firas, Yes our systems team also identifyed the issue to be Network related.
There is a setting in the dmskrnl.cfg that extends the time before it times out a file transfer. I believe you set it on the Integration Server.
Response from our IT department, "The specific route cause here is Rubrik sync’s timing ". It seems like the users can now check out and check in files without errors. ProjectWise is still slow and the users experience did not improve.
For some time "Months ago", PW is facing slow upload and download issues, we have early highlighted this issue but there was no response. Comparing to other DMS's they have much faster download and upload process.
Thanks Firas, Interesting to receive this type of feedback. Implementing new technology we tend to search for the problem in the new Application, rather than DMS. Our office use Multiple Vendor and we compare user experience. As the Bentley expert its very frustrating to always come in last. Would think Bentley will respond to you and there clients. Latency and bandwidth cannot always be blamed. I think the chalange is for Bentley to be pro-active and start working with our IT departments.
