We just upgraded our ProjectWise to Connect 3.49 version and our storage is on NAS drive. Since upgrade we are noticing some connectivity issues with our storage and connection is intermittent.. We get an error message (attached below) accessing a file but able to access the same file on the next attempt.
We were on V8i version before connected to same NAS drive before and never had any issues.
Please check your datasource settings and see if they are configured under Settings>documents as shown above.
1) Right click on the datasource and select Properties
2) Go to the Settings tab and select "Documents"
3) Check the box next to "Allow several users to fetch documents to the same location"
4) Click Apply
