We are currently experiencing an issue with Global Views in ProjectWise. I have tried changing the order of columns from within PW Admin and PW Explorer. It allows me to do it and apply/save the changes, however when I reopen the window to check, the column order has reverted to its previous order. Has anyone else experienced this behaviour or know why this may be happening?
Please make sure that you select the correct Global View in Projectwise Explorer.
Also let us know with which PWE version this issue is observed ?

This is a known issue and defect 596573 has been already filed for it.
Apologies I missed your earlier response, I am seeing this with PWE 10.00.02.265 and also 3.167 & 3.280.
Where can I find out more about this defect number quoted? Is there any timescale for resolution?
Hi Ian, try logging in with the PW admin account and changing the column order, not just as a user who is a member of the administrators account.
This is a MaS Solution, so we don't have access to the PW Admin account, this would involve raising an SR just get the columns in the right order. I am surprised to see it still listed as a defect, as this has been a problem for years.
