What is the name of the Installer File that you are using to install ProjectWise Explorer (I'm assuming)? Can you also mention the version that you are trying to install?

Hello MattVersion is 262, the one we have deploy on most of the machines.
Can you confirm that you have adequate disk space to install? Also, have you tried restarting the computer? Windows Updates can conflict with installing programs (not sure if this is the case for you).
Update, Antivirus seems to have been the problem. Not sure why this machine and not the other????
