Would it be possible to create a cmdlet to copy a saved search from one user to another and possibly from a personal search to global search or vise versa .
If there is enough of a need for this functionality, we can probably add it.
I'd see a lot of value of being able to copy any users personal saved search to a global. I have a dodgy way of doing it at the moment, but its a move, not a copy.
The way we handle this is to grant the user the "Allow user to change project types and project properties" permission. When you have this you can drag and drop a saved search from Personal to Global. If you hold down ctrl key while dragging it will make a copy in the destination instead of moving.
After the operation is complete we revoke the permission.
Any movement on saved searches? Having the ability to copy searches would be a good work-around for the inability to use custom expressions: https://communities.bentley.com/products/projectwise/content_management/f/projectwise-powershell-extensions-forum/170440/add-savedsearch-submitting-date-functions-range_hours---expects-datetime-for--updatedbefore-and--updatedafter
None at this point. It's on the list.
