To add an issue, first navigate to the Issues screen. From the Issues screen, select the Add Issue icon in the top right. The Add issue dialog box opens with three different sections to add information to document the issue. You can add Details, Attachments, and Comments. From the attachments tab, you can select the + icon to select an image file from your device and attach it to the issue. The comments tab allows you to comment on the issue from the Comment box and then press Add to post your comment to the issue. When you have finished add information to the issue, select Done to create the issue or select Cancel if you want to discard the issue.
The newly-created issue appears in the list without an ID number. The first column displays a triangle which means that this issue has been created locally and is only available on your device.
To publish the issue to all project members, you need to synchronize the issue by selecting the Refresh button from the tool bar. The new issue is then published to all project members and the issue is assigned a unique ID number defined by the project.
