I have started receiving an "Error printing job" dialog box when I try to create a PDF of MicroStation dgns using ProjectWise InterPlot Organizer. The exact dialog box message is:
Error printing job -The Document Set Renderer Print() function failed (HRESULT=0x80004005)
Also, in the Organizer progress window, the last line has the message, "ODI-F-INTERNAL an internal error occurred".
I have attached a picture that might clarify....
I am using ProjectWise InterPlot Organizer 08.09.04.62 and used it before to create pdfs from dgns. Organizer works fine in all other aspects of previewing and printing dgns. Just the create pdf seems to have started hanging up.
I am not sure where the problem is because I am still able to create pdfs through Microstation 08.09.04.51 and Iplot.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance,
Unfortunately the error message Error printing job -The Document Set Renderer Print() function failed (HRESULT=0x80004005) indicates that the Export PDF selection has crashed.
TR#217022 has been opened for tracking this error.
Its possible that there may be a way to work around this error.
If you will open a Service Ticket with the Plotting Technical Support Group and reference TR#217022, one of the TSG analysts can work directly with you to help determine if there is a way to work around the error you are seeing.

They are on the case and even if a complete reinstall is needed, I'm glad it is being investigated.
