i am exploring how to merge some info from construction into our 3d models and seem to recall this being possible using I-model Transformer. I found some training for it on the Learn Server but i don't see it in the Software downloads. Also most forum post on it are 4+ years old. is there a newer tool I should be using for this.

Bentley Systems have, in recent years, adopted Microsoft's marketing strategy of renaming products every now and then. Bentley Systems' web site is hard to navigate: there's no summary of existing and past products, so it's difficult for us outsiders to provide you with an answer. i-Model Transformer may still exist, but under another name. It may have been dropped in favour of some other technology. That's for Bentley Systems to know and for you to find out.
Put your question directly to Bentley Systems. If you do get a satisfactory answer, please post it here so we all benefit!

There is no replacement for i-model transformer. Latest build is 09.00.01.23 and it can be used to merge info in the i.dgns. But there is one replacement instead of Validation transform in the i-model Transformer there is a Design validation service on the cloud which can be used to validate iModels present in the iModel Manager on cloud. Design Validation service will also be able to do Clash detection.
If you need the latest build of i-model transformer 09.00.01.23. Let me know i can share it with you.
Any update to this?
Is there an application or Web service for creating Transform scripts?

You can see Design Validation wiki for details about this service.

I think the transformation is not primary task of the validation services.
I recommend to ask in iTwin Services forum and to provide details what kind of transformation (and of what data) do you need.
