Solution

If you publish a DGN file that has a geographic coordinate system
assigned to the active model, the ProjectWise InterPlot plotting i
nterfaces will include the geographic coordinate system in the published PDF document. You can then use Acrobat (Reader or
Professional) 9.0 or later to display longitude/latitude values. This
functionality was added in SS1 (8.11.7.89). If their dgn has a GCS (geo
coordinate system) and we are not producing geo information then they
should check the message center in Microstation for errors.
