Uninstall ProjectWise and any related applications.

Delete the ProjectWise folders below Bentley in Program files, Program files X86 and Program Data.

Then go to C:\Program Files\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins and delete the ProjectWiseIntegrationAddIn folder.

Restart the PC and reinstall the ProjectWise Explorer.

If this doesn't resolve the issue please open an SR with ProjectWise Support.

RE: ProjectWise Integrated Civil 3d ALERT - Resolved

I am experiencing issue with Civil3d 2020.5.2 update.

Integration freezes; I have to bypass PW at the startup; once CIVIL3D started, I am able to open (via IMS Login) drawing that is hosted on PW; however, when I attempt to open datashortcuts , it freezes again.
