I am experiencing issue with Civil3d 2020.5.2 update.

I installed PW Connect Edition 10.0.03.434.

Integration freezes; I have to bypass PW at the startup; once CIVIL3D started, I am able to open (via IMS Login) drawing that is hosted on PW; however, when I attempt to open datashortcuts , it freezes again. I believe that "open datashortcut folder" is the process that is responsible for freezing

One common cause for this error is upgrading to 10.0.03.434 without completely uninstalling the plugin or previous install.

Uninstall ProjectWise and any related applications.

Delete the ProjectWise folders below Bentley in Program files, Program files X86 and Program Data.

Then go to  C:\Program Files\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins and delete the ProjectWiseIntegrationAddIn folder.

Restart the PC and reinstall the ProjectWise Explorer.

If this doesn't resolve the issue please open an SR with ProjectWise Support.
