How do we start Navigator... ?

Hi Frederic, can you provide some details on what will not start? You said you entered your credentials but it will not start but if you can elaborate that would be helpful. Did the sign-in fail, are you not seeing the File Open screen?

Hi, I entered my info in the Navigator Sign-in screen. I get the checking EULA. Then Networkerror pop up. is there a setting that is required for the fire wall ? Why is it that we need to sign-in ?

Hi Frederic, we are not able to reproduce the issue you are seeing currently.  If you could please try starting the application again and let me know if you experience the same network error.  As a note our services do not require any editing of your firewall.

As for the sign-in itself.  Navigator CONNECT edition requires a Bentley CONNECTIONS Profile.  This is used for accessing new Bentley cloud services available in the application like ProjectWise Issue Resolution Service or ProjectWise Sharing Services.  Click here for more information on Why CONNECT?

I cannot log in either. I get sign in failed. "Could not connect to server. Check network connection." I can run the demos though

Just disconnected my computer from our company Network and went through a different router we have that has direct internet connection and logged in no problem. Seems there is some Network configuration needed to get through our firewall. Any idea what needs to change would be useful. Thanks
