How do we start Navigator... ?

Hi, 
 
 I downloaded the installation package ( 77meg ). Then installed it using default settings. 
 When I want to start it. I need to enter my credentials... I did but it will not start. 
 
 What an I doing wrong ?

Hi Frederic, we are not able to reproduce the issue you are seeing currently. If you could please try starting the application again and let me know if you experience the same network error. As a note our services do not require any editing of your firewall. 
 As for the sign-in itself. Navigator CONNECT edition requires a Bentley CONNECTIONS Profile. This is used for accessing new Bentley cloud services available in the application like ProjectWise Issue Resolution Service or ProjectWise Sharing Services. Click here for more information on Why CONNECT?
