Navigator Test Drive Sync

Question

I downloaded the Windows Navigator on W8...I went thru the test drive promotion steps to submit 2 punch issues...in the last step to sync the punch items, I don't have that option...Even when I set the "Sunc Automatically at startup" to Off...I still don't see a way to sync the punch list. Am I missing something? I do not currently run PW on my PC, is that a factor?

Hi Gary please make sure you are in the Test Drive project. Issue Resolution Service works by syncing issues based on the active project. Our Sample project, which is the default project when you start Navigator for the first time, does not allow you to sync. Go to the File Open screen and follow the steps to change your project . Select the "Test Drive Project". and will be able to create your punch list items and sync them to the service.
