    clearing shared issues

    Hi there,

I have been testing the Connection edition version 10.00.06.41 on PCs and iPads for a few weeks and created many shared issues (temporary).  I am wondering if it is possible to clear these temporary issues I made during this time as I am getting it ready to roll out the software and would like to start out fresh.  I looked around in my admin. portal, client software to no avail.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Ken

      Hi Ken,

Punch list items synced to the project cannot be deleted and should be closed if not valid. See communities.bentley.com/.../23543.punch-lists

Hi Tamicca, Thanks for your reply. I actually found a way to delete them! I would not suggest this to anyone though. My reason to delete the punch list is to avoid having test punch lists mixed in with the real punch lists once the project goes online. I know that use of synchronization filter tool can help, but the temporary punch list is a bunch of bogus issues created for testing purposes and should not be visible in a real project thus I wanted them gone. Thanks.
