Issues reviewing imodels in Bentley software

We have an issue whereby our saved views in an I-model view differently in different versions of software.

In Bentley View SS3 - everything is shown

In Bentley View SS4 - one of our reference models does not show

In Bentley Navigator - one of the reference models does not show

In AECOsim - everything is shown

Any ideas why this might occur. We are opening an I-model, the exact same file each time.

I have the same issue. Bentley Navigator SS5 cannot find the references, while AECOSim BD SS5, MicroStation SS2 and OPM SS5 all show up. It also is crashing when opening Saved Views. Running PW Connect.
