Projectwise navigator overlay level symbology

How do we get level symbology overides to come through into the overlay model? I've asked this before and it was mentioned that this would be fixed in a latter release but having loaded the latest version things appear to be the same.

Our workflow is to create standard .dgn file that we attach various i.dgn assemblies.  When our standard dgn is first opened and then saved our .overlay file is created. Once this is opened in projectwise Nav any level symbology overides dissappear.
