Bentley View SS2 and DWG 2010

Did you happen to have installed SS2 as a multi-installation?  If so, you need to go back to your extracted folder, find RealDwg2010.msi and install it manually.  Only single installation automatically installs all SS2 extensions including RealDWG 2010.

If this is not your case, we need to know more information about your specific issue.  Usually a test file will help.

Could you identify specifically how you installed Bentley View SELECTseries 2? Did you encounter any problems installing it or the RealDWG "plug-in"?

i just tried to install it again. Downloaded the setup 08.11.07.440 and nothing else. installed it on Windows 7 Ent 64 bit in Win XP mode. No realdwg is installed. included some screenshots and DWG 2010 file created with PoverCivil SS1 latest (realdwg installed Win 7 Ent 64 bit)

Have you check to see if the program's installation folder exists?

After further review, the current release of Bentley View V8i SELECTseries 2 supports the same DWG formats that SELECTseries 1 does. 2010 DWG files are supported in the current Bentley View V8i SELECTseries 2 by downloading the RealDWG 2010 "plug-in" from SELECTservices Online and installing that on Bentley View V8i SELECTseries 2.

Another option to consider is to download and install ProjectWise Navigator V8i SELECTseries 2.
